Usage
2-Methyl-3-(methyldithio)furan also known as simply MMF, is an organic compound. Properties: MMF is a transparent yellow liquid with a meat, roasted nuts, onion, roast beef aroma. It is soluble in many organic solvents such as ethers, alcohols, etc., slightly soluble in water.
Uses: MMF is mainly used as an important reagent in organic synthesis. MMF can also be used as a vulcanizing agent, stabilizer and catalyst in organic chemical reactions.
